What we look for
Alongside high intellectual and professional standards, we look for people who enjoy and are good at working with others, and want to go far in GIC. You should have a broad range of interests, be flexible and willing to try out new things, work hard and learn from others around you.
As GIC's business scope offers significant career opportunities in all aspects of investment, you must first want to be part of GIC to do well. Your specialist area is less important to us than your potential to contribute to GIC.
We welcome applications from fresh graduates or professionals with less than 4 years of working experience.
What we offer
The GIC Professionals Programme offers you global exposure and a broad range of career opportunities. During the one-year programme, you will be mentored by GIC's Managing Directors and experience work in different functional areas. You can then have more opportunities to learn about what you like and are good at and how work in various departments or parts of GIC are interconnected.
We recognise this programme is just a start for you - how far you go depends on how you demonstrate your abilities and make use of the opportunities around you.
The programme takes place from August to July in Singapore every year. You can apply from mid August to early October every year.
